John Laub and wife, owners of the foster place at Cane Springs, were visitors vis-itors here Sunday. Mrs. Hattie T. Snow and Miss Mary Ann Piatt, of Pinto, were visitors in Pine Valley on the 13th inst. Joseph Maudsley. Miss Sophia Maud-sley, Maud-sley, and Miss Lowe Hunt, of Gunlock, attended our meeting Sunday. Everything is putting on a very different dif-ferent appearance since the late storms. Vegetation is springing forth in a manner man-ner very encouraging for man and beast. Bishop George Hardy and family of Mexico are visiting relatives here. Bp. Hardy talked to the children in Sunday School, and in the afternoon meeting, telling of the beauties of Mexico and other interesting topics. |
