Show I I ! FOUNTAIN GREEN J ! By Special Correspondence Born to Mr. and Mrs. Orvill Johnson, January 19th, a boy. Primary canf erence was . held here on Sunday, January 24. Every Ev-ery group participated and rendered ren-dered their parts in a pleasing way An unusually large number of parents were present. The Stake Board was represented by Mrs. James L. Nielson who gave very encouraging remarks to the officers teachers and children. A large number of officers and teachers of the different organizations organiza-tions attended priesthood meeting at Moroni last Sunday. I Miss Marjorie Guymon spent the week end in Moroni. The Green and Gold Ball under the direction of the M. I. A. was held here Friday evening, and it was a big success. The Green and Gold contest dance was introduced in-troduced by five couples who were: Ciaire Collard and Hannah John-s.i'i. John-s.i'i. Leon Holman and Ora Livingston, Liv-ingston, Ross Livingston and Victoria Vic-toria Yorgason, Acel Lund and: Katie Allred and Victor Collard and Laurel Aagard. The queen was Geraldine Allred with Izola Jaccbsen and Betty Allred, Dixie Sorenson and Nedra Christiansen tas attendants and Duane Andersen Ander-sen as Steward. The parent teachers held their regular monthly meeting last Wednesday evening at the junior high school where a program was enjoyed and plans made for an adult education class where all adults may avail themselves of this opportunity without cost. The first meeting will begin on Wednesday evening, January 27th at the junior high school. Everyone Every-one is invited to attend. A delightful ice cream party v.as enjoyed by a number of girls last Thursday evening at the heme of Lucile Allred. Mrs. Mercy Ivory received word cf the birth of a baby boy on January 4th at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ivory Livingston of Salt ILake City. |
