Show VOTICE OF SALE UNDER TRUST DEED.-X DEED.-X y hereas, Noiman L. Hall and Mary Hall his wiie, on tae first dav of September, ls91, executed snd deliveied to the" Salt Lake Valley Loan end Trust Company their certain promissory note for the sum of JlbfrJ.O.) payable on the first day of eptember, ls92, with interest thereon at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum from date until fully paid, payable quarter yearly, the intsrest until maturity being evidenced by lour interest toupon notes attached to said principal note, each for the sum 01 $19.50; :md, Whereis, to secure t'ne payment of said note according ac-cording to its true tenor and effect, the said Norman Nor-man L. Hall and Mary, his wife, on said first dav of September, IS'jI, executed and delivered to O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger, Trusties, ol Salt Lake City, Utah, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to said O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bam berger in trust, the following leal property situate situ-ate in Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, to-wit: "Beginning one rod west of the northeast cor-ne cor-ne of Lot No. seven (7), in Block No. thirteen 13), of Plat "F," Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence West Two (2) rods", thence South Te 1 tin) rods, thence East Two (2) rods, thence North Ten 1 lih rods to the place of beginning." Which said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the Countv 1 ecorder of Salt Lak" County Utah, on the fourth day of tseptember, 1391, and recorded iu Book "3A" oi the mortgage records of said oflic on page 458; and, Vt hereas, Said deed provides among other things, that snould default be made iu the payment pay-ment of said note or of any interest thereon according ac-cording to its true tenor and effect, said .tmsteel or either of them, or, in case of Iheir refusal to act or disability in any way, the then acting sheriff of salt Lake County, L tah, at the requeM of tne legal holder of said' note, may proceed to sell the property in e aid deed and hereinbefore described at public vendue to the highest biddei for cash, at the frout door of the County Court Uouje, in tne County of Salt Lake, Utah, first giving thirty days' public not.ee of the time, terms, and p.acs of f ale, and description of the property to be sold, by advertisement in some newspaper printed aud published in Salt Lake County; and. Whereas, the said makers of said note have utterly ut-terly failed and refused to pay the interest coupons cou-pons on said note which matured ou the first days of March and June following the date of said note, and the said interest coupons due on said respective dates are now wholly unpaid, and that by reason of the failure to pay raid coupons as atoresaid, said note by its express terms has become be-come wholly due, and, . Whereas, said trustees first named herein are unable to act and have refused to act. Now, therefore, pursuant to the power in me vested by the said trust deed, and at the request re-quest of the Salt Lake Valley Loan & Trust company, the original and present and legal holder of said note, I, A. J. Burt, Sheriff of Salt Lake Couuty. Territory of Utah, will, at tha iront door ot the court house of tali Lake County, in the City of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, on the 20th day of August, 1892, between the hours of li o clock m.and 2 o'clock p. m. of said day, sell at public vendue for cash the premises hereiu before described, to satisfy said note and interest, and the cost of executing this trust, including ten per cent attorney's fees as stipulated for in said trust deed.
