Chamberlain, by their certain deed of trust dated the aotfc djr of March. lS'il, and duly recorded in the Recorder Recor-der a office iu the County of Salt Lake and tha 1 erritory of Utah, in Book 2 V of Mortgages pages f94-55 and 996, sold and conveyed to the undersigned trustees the following 'describe.:! property to wit, aituatttd in the County of Salt Lake, in the Territory of Utah, being all of lot One (l) to Kifty-eiht (W) inclusive, of block Two (2); all of Lots One (1 to FUtv-eight (50) inclusive inclu-sive of Block One (1); and all of Lots One (1) to Twenty-eight () inclusive of Block Three (3. ail in Permus' Addition to Salt Lake Citv, Utah Territory, said Addition being a subdivision 08 Lots Two (-2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Sixteen Six-teen (IB), five acre pIai"A," Big Field Survey; in trust for the purpose of securing a pavxneat of) two certain negotiable promissory notes-made notes-made by said Gilbert L. Chamberlain and Annie H. Chamberlain, dated ad Salt Lake City, Utah, November 24th, 1S9J, onet for 9,000.00, payable to the order of Jo-eph T. McNarr and William II. Irvine one year after dat at the Bank of Commerce in Salt Lake City, Utah,, in U. S. gold coin, with interest from date at thei rate of eight per cent per annum; and the other! note for fcl4,00 payable to the order of said Joe-! eph T. McNary and William H. Irvine two veers! from date at the aaid Bask of Commerce, In u.
