The net result or this dog in the manger policy has been an unprecedented unprece-dented fuel and power shortage, dls-cquragement dls-cquragement of industry, an inconvenienced incon-venienced public, millions of barrels of oil wasting in the ground, thousands thous-ands of acres of oil land that no hand ia allowed to prospect on, and untold millions of horsepower wasting merrily; mer-rily; to the sea and all for what to carry on soialled conservation theories at expense of the great western epantry.
