Show Fxports of Radio Sets Show Large Gain Over Last Year A gratifying gain over last year, was registered in exports of radio receiving sets from the United States during the first two months of the current year, according to the Salt Lake City Office of the Bureau ol Foreign and Domestic Commerce. During January and February the value of all foreign shipments of this type totaled $2,010,190, as compared with $1,260,358 in the co: responding period of 1330, representing rep-resenting a substantial increase of 759,832. Canada was tne leading market during the present year's period, taking $254,321 worth of sets and was followed by Italy, taking a total to-tal of $123,704. Argentina was in -hii d place with $97,840. Mexico and Spain each took between be-tween $45,000 and $50,000 and sets Tlucd at $33,127 were exported to Spain. France and Uruguay each tcck approximately $31,000 worth. |
