Show j LEEDS LEEDS, Oct 14. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Blake have gone to Mesquite where Mr. Blake is teaching school. Beatrice Parker of Parowan visited vis-ited with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David McMullin last week. A very successful M. I. A. party was given Tuesday evening. A wedding wed-ding uniting the Young Women's Journal and the Improvement Era was celebrated. Evelyn McMullin and Stanley Fuller took the parts of bride and groom. Elders B. Jarvis and Lewis Christian Chris-tian were missionaries at our sacrament sacra-ment meeting Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Elias Miekelson of Afton, Wyo., Mrs. Jerry George of Santa. Barbara, Mrs. Jos. Worthen and Clyde McMullin of Salt Lake visited their, mother, Mrs. Ada McMullin, Mc-Mullin, here last week. Clair McMullin and family of Beaver were here Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sullivan were St. George visitors Monday. Mrs. Martha Fleming and daughter, daugh-ter, Helen, of Overton, Nev., visited her father here Sunday. They were returning from Salt Lake where Helen had undergone an operation. Karl McMullin and family of Hurricane and Lavon and Clyde Mc-Quaid Mc-Quaid of St. George visited here Sunday. |
