Show SUMMONS In the Fifth Judicial District Court in and for the County of Washington, Washing-ton, State of Utah. Edward M. Iverson, Plaintiff, vs. The unknown heirs of Ole Oleson, deceased, and his devisees and creditors. cred-itors. The unknown heirs, devisees and creditors of Samuel W. Goold, deceased. de-ceased. The unknown heirs, devisees and creditors of P. T. Lundberg, deceased. de-ceased. The heirs, known and unknown, of Rasmus M. Ivtrscn, sometimes known as Rasmus Iverson, deceased. The following known heirs of Rasmus Ras-mus M. Iverson, deceased, Elijah Iv erson, and Elizabeth Iverson, his wife; Rosenia Iverson Covington, and Marcena Iverson Gubler. Also all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described de-scribed in the complaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership or any cloud upon plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demands de-mands of the complaint which has been filed with the court. This action is brought to recover a judgment or decree quieting plaintiff's plain-tiff's title to certain parcels of land situated in the Town of Washington; Washing-ton; Washington County, State of Utah, and fully described in the complaint as follows: Block 5, and Lot 2 in Block 34 of Washington Town Re-Survey; and Lots 1 and 2 in Block 23 of R.
