Show Lawyers Will Help With Draft Forms Arrangements have been completed com-pleted whereby lawyers throughout through-out the state of Utah, together with county agricultural agents, have agreed to assist the registrants regis-trants under the selective service act in filling out the questionnaires question-naires which will be sent them within a few days, without any charge either to the registrants or the government. Hyrum Steffen, Beaver county agent, with his office at Beaver, and of the lawyers at Beaver and Milford, will, upon request of any registrant, assist him in filling fill-ing out his questionnaire, and this will be done without any charge. However, the registrants should remember that there are many questionnaires to be filled out and but few lawyers and agents to as- j sist in the work: also that the lawyers are voluntarily giving their time without any charge,; and the registrants should, there-' j fore, fill out the questionnaires ' as far as they are able and come: .for assistance only when assist-! ance is absolutely necessary. In' other words, it is the work of the agents and lawyers to assist the ! registrants in filling out the ques-! ques-! tionnaires, and not to fill out the (questionnaires for the registrants., j In requiring such assistance,! 'registrants may call upon Mr. Steffen, county agent, or Theodore Theo-dore Bohn or George C. Miller, attorneys at Beaver; or John j Moore Williams, Horold Cline or j Sam Cline, attorneys at Milford. backbone of the nation. With all that js .being said con-c con-c e r n i n g political philosophies, there is one and only one fundamental funda-mental philosophy for Americans and that is Free America. This calls for boys and girls to accept the challenge of being willing to study, analyze, weigh, and work; to make this country the greatest nation on earth. It is high time that the ease of living be supplanted sup-planted by the spirit of work, which can only overshadow the growing indifference on the part of youth. We must continue always al-ways to have faith built on the hope of America. |
