Show Tigers Lose, 33-36, To Hurricane Lads Coach Kotter's Tigers lost a close but exciting, game )to the Typhoons of Hurricane by a score i of 33 to 36 Friday afternoon at ' the Milford football field, j Probably the two outstanding j plays of the game were the 65 yard gallop made by Farnow on ' the first kick-off, which put the I local boys within a few yards of the goal line; and the 50 yard run ' made by Hurricane's speedy halfback half-back (Smith) who carried the ball to the locals' five-yard line, leaving them in an excellent scoring position. ! In the last quarter the Tigers opened up with a numtoer of passes pass-es and raced for a touchdown that gave them a 33-30 lead over the Typhoons, but in the last four minutes left to play, Turley, Hurricane's Hur-ricane's quarterback, intercepted a pass intended for Nolan Williams Wil-liams and galloped for a touchdown, touch-down, giving the visitors the big end of- the final score of 33-36.
