Having obeyed these time-honored Instructions and in other- ways done what he can to Insure his own well-being, the- wise person will remember that there is one more hot-weathpr rule which' is quite as essential as all Ihe others. As soon as he has done what is necessary to lessen the physical discomforts dis-comforts of heat he will stop thinking about them. No one suiters more from spells of torrid weather than the fussy individual who Is constantly reminding himself that It Is hot. |
