Volume VI, Issue II THE OGDEN VALLEY NEWS Page 11 May 1, 2002 2002 Valley Basketball Tournament The Ogden Valley basketball tournament was played April 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10 at Snowcrest Junior High. The Montgomery family won the tournament for another year. Tournament directors and organizers Coach Kirt Motta and Vern Iverson, would like to thank all who participated in the tournament this year. A special thank you to Diamond Peak for the gift certificates and America First Credit Union for their generous donation. Besides basketball, Gaye Hogge’s gymnastics teams performed at halftime on the final night. It was a fun event for the entire family. All proceeds from the tournament benefit Snowcrest Athletics.
