Show Second Of Road Shows Monday The second entertainment number num-ber of the M. I. A. Chautauqua or road show series being presented in conjunction with the Improvement Improve-ment Era drive, will be offered next Monday evening when the Beaver West ward entertainers come here with a very fine royalty play and musical specialties. As with the other entertainments on this series, a full hour or more of high class entertainment is assured. as-sured. Those who failed to attend the first program, given by Miners-ville Miners-ville last Monday night, missed something that was very clever. Presented in the form of an amateur ama-teur radio hour, but with all conversation con-versation cleverly arranged in rhyme, it wras one of the best entertainments en-tertainments of any kind seen or heard in a long time. Those taking part were Minersville school teachers, teach-ers, for the greater part, with the novel rhyming, feature the original work of Miss Jean Dan-vers, Dan-vers, junior high school english teacher, it is understood. The Min-ersivlle Min-ersivlle M. I. A. is to be congratulated congratu-lated on its offering. I o |
