Show Probate Court, In the matter of the estate of James "VY Loveless, deceased, the court made an order confirming sale of real estate j and personal property, j In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Roach, deceased, for hearing the app'ieatinn for approval of final account ac-count of administration and t etit'on for distribution. Mary A. Braith waite j failed to appear to establish her heir-j ship to said estate. King &. Hontz filed petition praying that the whole o; said estate escheat to the Territory of Utah. J. W. N. Whitecotton filed petition in behalf of Wrn. Buaoh'cti al, asking that said estate'be distrib: uted to them, they claiming to be the j only heirs of said estate, J. II, Harris, i attorney for Margaret and David Stringer, called attention to certain claims against said estate, filed herein, but on which no action had been taken. The court stated he would bear evielence in support of said cl-iima. Objections were tiled by attprnys Whitesotton and King tloutz, to the allowance 6f any of Baid claims. After a full hearing the court allowetl the claim of Margaret Stringer for 875, the 1 total of said claim being 8150, and rejected re-jected all other claims. The court further fur-ther ordered a continuance in tlie hearing of final account and distribution distribu-tion till Aueustl'S, 1391. In the matter of the estjite pi Thomas JaVman deceased, 'the petitienef Thorn as L. Jarman and J. E, Booth, fiiod herein for letters of aelmlnistiatlon of said estate, was by order of this court set for hearing July 25, 1891. In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Koach deceased, the petition of Wm. Roach et al.. fined herein for a decree of distribution of said estate, was by ordr of this court set for hearing hear-ing August 2S, 1891. In tlie matter of the estate of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Koach, deceased, the petition of King & Houtz was tiled praying that the whole of said estate be escheated to the Territory of Utah for the bent-fit of common schools. Set for hearing Aug ust 28, 1891. In the matter of the estate of Henry M. Parker deceased, the court made an order of final discharge of executors of said estate. |
