Show 3 Teams Tied in Rugby Meet The first annual Park City Rugby Challenge turned out to be a great success and ended in a three-way tie between BYU Old Boys, Salt Lake Rugby Club and the Park City Rugby Club. All had three to one records. Aspen, Colorado was voted a Good Sportsmen Award, travelling travel-ling from Colorado only to lose three games, one by less than three points, and the other two games in sudden death overtime. over-time. The Challenge Cupwillbe rotated between the three winners, win-ners, four months each during . the next year until the next tournament. Many thanks to all who helped put on the tournament, especially especial-ly the Park City merchants, the Resort, Dave Novelle for his fine film coverage, and to John Stagg of Ink, Paint and Clay, who designed the cup. The Intermountain Rugby League will begin play on Saturday, Sat-urday, September 18. Park City along with the Old Boys of BYU, the BYU A string, the Salt Lake Rugby Club, the Polynesians of Salt Lake, Utah State University, and perhaps a team from Heber will participate, partic-ipate, competing for league championship.
