The county will retain an option to use the lakes for water storage if Mountain Regional chooses to renegotiate renego-tiate the contract in the future. When the transaction is complete, Silver Springs residents resi-dents will be responsible for maintaining the lakes. According to a Sheriff's Office incident report, deputies were investigating a possible case of domestic violence in South Summit on June 21. An ongoing dispute between a ballooning company and a western west-ern Summit County resident reportedly erupted last week when the company allegedly landed land-ed a balloon on nearby private property. A theft was reported to the Summit County Sheriff's Office from a construction site on June 22 at 9:58 a.m. On June 22, a Francis woman told dispatchers that her house had recently been vandalized with eggs, yogurt and paintballs.
