Show LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST. Mr. and Mrs. Max Cohen were here from Salina yesterday. Mr. and ?Irs. C. C. Edmonds and the Edmonds children, returned Monday Mon-day from a brief visit to Salt Lake. Miss Margaret Johnson was here for a few days this week visiting with her sister, Mrs. E. L. Swiiberg. J. T. Jones was a traveler to Salt Lake this morning, lie will be absent several days combining business with pleasure. Miss Lilly Johnson, instructor ai the West Jordan schools, was visiting with friends and relatives in Gunnison Gunni-son last week. Mrs. K. II, Brown, who spent the past month in Gunnison with her parents, par-ents, returned to her home at Salt Lake the fiist of the week. Tom Bell, with the Gunnison Valley Sugar company forces at Centerfield, left for Salt Lake Tuesday. Mr. Bell will take a vacation for come ten days or two weeks visiting with friends at the capitol city. Mrs. J. W. Jones and Master Robert Rob-ert Jones, who have been at Salt Lake City for the holidays, returned to their mome in Gunnison last evening. They were accampanied by Major J. W. Jones, who went to the city Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Frandsen of Mt. Pleasant, spent several days in the valley this week visiting with their sons and daughter. Several dinner parties and social gatherings were tendered the parents by the Frandsen children. Mr. and M;s. Roy Madsen of Grace.
