Show :Few Cases Listed For January Term : The January ti rm of the District ; court will convene at Manti next Monday morning, and according to the docket it will be one of the light--st for many terms. There are four criminal cases, three law' and motion 'and seven trial cases. On the docket are listed the following: ' State of Utah vs. Bertha Simmons, adultery. State of Utah vs. certain Intoxicating Intoxicat-ing Liquors, one automobile and Royal Roy-al Buchanan. ! State vs. L. G. Anderson, felony. State vs. Roy O. Young, felony. ' The three law and motion cases are Manti City Savings Bank vs. Ole Dastrup, et al, demurrer to complaint. State Bank of Provo vs. James Gee and wife. Demurrer to amended complaint. com-plaint. Green Machinery & Manufacturing Manufac-turing Co. vs. Gunnison Valley Sugar company. The cases listed on the trial calendar calen-dar are NT. L. Hermanson vs. A. P. "oorhees. James G. Olsen vs. Margaret Mar-garet Shand Poulson. II. S. Basow vs. I Joseph Brownstein. Knight Trust &i i Savings Co. vs. Milo Bown. George i Robbins vs. S. J. Duggins and S. M. Duggins. Carl Seeley vs. Lux-man I Draper. Harold Christiansen and L. Ludvig-son, Ludvig-son, who were drawn with twenty-two others throughout the county to serve during the January term, will do jury duty. All jurymen have been called to appear in court January 15, at 2 o'clock p. m. |
