Show LOCAL NOTES Mr. and Mrs. Joel Jensen and family of Copperton visited last week end with Mrs. Jensen's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Conover of Ferron. Mrs. Art Sorenson and Mrs. Marie Wix left Wednesday morn-ing morn-ing to visit several days with Mr. and Mrs. Don Stuart in Fillmore. Fill-more. Mrs. W. E. Alexander, who observed ob-served her seventy-eight birthday birth-day February 28, left on the Challenger Chal-lenger from Salt Lake City Saturday Sat-urday morning for Beverly Hills. California, for an indefinite stay with her sister, Mrs. Tillie Jenkins. Jen-kins. Mrs. Jenkins fell January 1 and broke her hip. The injury has given her much difficulty. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Colyar and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Jensen attended at-tended the annual banquet Saturday Sat-urday evening at the Newhouse Hotel, Salt Lake City, of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen Fire-men and Enginemen. -O |
