That they are sound, conservative, courteous, city builders and eager to render service to their cities. That all citizens should have a thrill of pride when they think or them, for they are the backbone of a city. That they are taking a determined forward stride for their city. That if they are loyally supported they will keep a city climbing to prosperity.
