Luella Michelson and Maud Mich-elson Mich-elson of Parowan. were here Wednesday Wed-nesday en route to California. Mrs. J. M. East is in Milford today to-day en route to Lasky location to join her husband there. Miss Prudence Twitchell of Beaver, Bea-ver, who has been at Camp Cruze for some time, passed through Milford Friday en route back to the camp. Mrs. J. F. Tclton of Beaver, passed through Milford Tuesday enroute to Salt Lake to visit her daughters who are students at the State university. Silas Cox of Beaver passed through Milford Tuesday on his way to Salt Lake on a short business trip. Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Gonder of Garrison, Gar-rison, returned from Salt Lake City this morning where he went for treatment for his eye. He is greatly improved. Owing to the fact that we are now printing the Beaver City Press, as well as the News, this paper will not be placed in the office until Friday of each week. Mrs. L. R. Fournier and little son Ilene, arrived in Milford1 Friday of last week. Mr. Fournier motored to Salt Lake expecting them to return with him, but owing to the weather and bad condition of the roads, Mr. Fournier found it was a three days' trip from Salt Lake, so Mrs. Fournier Four-nier returned by train. Mr. Edward T. Mullick has arrived in Milford to take the place of Mr. W. H. Spettigue, former roadmaster. The Milford Council S. B. A. will give a Carnival dance at the opera house, November 15th. The ladies of O. E. S. Kensington The O. E. S. Kensington of the E. were entertained Friday of last week at the home of Mrs. Rachel Jefferson. Jef-ferson. A pleasant time was had with sewing and dainty refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Evans Rollins announce an-nounce the arrival of a son at their home November S. . J Miss Ardella Sterling entertained the Sunshine club at her home last j Saturday evening. Seven members were present. The evening was very pleasantly spent with games and dainty refreshments were served. i J Mrs. Clair Nichols received word from Mr. Nichols that he Is now lo- : cated in Salt Lake, where he has permanent employment in the Economy Eco-nomy Shoe Store. Mrs. Nichols will join Mr. Nichols in Salt Lake In a couple of weeks. J. P. Langenbacker moved into the Forgie apartments Thursday. Mr. Langenbacker will be employed by the railroad.
