NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF equalization AND REVIEW NOTICE ia hereby given that the un der signed duly appointed by the city council of ogden city as a board of equalization and review of the special tax levied and assessed april 18 1902 upon the property holders of paving district no 1 of ogden city utah for the purpose of grading paving curbing and guttering washington avenue from the south line of twenty third street to the south line of twenty fifth street will meet at no street ogden city utah for five consecutive days commencing on the day of slay 1002 and ending on the day of may 1003 inclusive that said board will remain in session on each of said days from the hours of 0 in the forenoon to 0 in the afternoon for the purpose of hearing grievances concerning and to make corrections of the special tax aforesaid the lists of property in eaid paving district no 1 are now complete and in the hands of said board of equalization and review and said lists will be open for public inspection during the meetings of said board as above stated WILLIAM DRIVER 0 W CROSS F J F W J C NYE
