office of county NOTICE treasurer of weber county utah to whom it may concern notice is hereby given that I 1 will on the and 2nd day of june A D 1002 at 2 p in day at my office in tho county courthouse ogdan city weber county utah under the direction and by the approval of the board of county commissioners of said county gell to the highest bidder eighty 80 bonds of weber county known aa weber county refunding donda series B each for the gum of one thousand dollars and numbered from one hundred and ahtty one to two hundred and thirty both inclusive bearing date july 1 1002 payable at my office at the option of the county ten 10 years after date absolutely payable twenty 20 years after date the said bonds bearing interest at the rate of four 4 per cent per annum payable beal annually on the first days of january and july of each year I 1 will receive written bida for said bonds from and after thia date up to the hour and day of gale and no bid will be considered for any bum leas than the face of said bonds and the interest accruing thereon to date of balc or date of delivery to purchasers no qualified bidi will be considered the right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved or to consider any proposition deemed to be in the interests of weber county each bidder for the above bonds ii required to accompany hia bid with a check certified by a national hank located in chii state for five thousand dollars payable to my order as an evidence of faith which check will bo returned to the bidder if bid is not accepted all bida buet be sealed and addressed to me and the envelope containing the same marked bids for bonds by order of the board of counte commissioners ners of weber counte utah ALMA D treasurer of said county dated may ath A D 1002
