The Wall Street Digest recently selected this plant as one of "the 10 best places to put your money now." The jojoba has become the w onder plant of the decade. Its oil is an excellent substitute for the increasingly scarce sperm whale oil. It is very useful in industrial lubricants, drugs, waxes, plastics and many other products and it is already widely used in cosmetics. Shampoo, soap and other beauty aids made from it are in big demand. EVEN OIL companies like Mobil are looking into jojoba because, as a representative of that firm said: "Its attraction as a renewable resource is obvious." ob-vious."
