The Diocesan Sisterhoods the Sisters of the Holy Cross and the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul were present in large numbers. Two Sisters of Charity, Sisters Felicite and Mercedes, and a Sister of St. Francis, Sister Gabriela, cousins of Bishop Mitty and Mr. William Mitty, his brother, made the trip from New York to be at the ceremonies. Pro-Cathedr- al . Arrival at Ogden i Ogden was the first city of the Diocese to tender a welcome to the new Bishop and his . party. First of the guests to arrive was His Eminence, Patrick Cardinal Hayes, Archon the morning of October sixth. bishop of New York, who reached Ogden at eleven-thirtHis Eminence was accompanied by his secretary, the Very Reverend Monsignor Stephen J. Donahue. The Cardinal was met at the station by the Right Reverend Monsignor Patrick M. Cushnahan, of Ogden, Administrator of the Diocese of Salt Lake, and the Reverend Louis J. Fries, of the Cathedral staff, and was escorted to St. Josephs Rectory. y t Bishop Mitty and the New York priests arrived at one oclock. At the station to greet them, besides several of the Salt Lake clergy, were the three hundred students of St. Josephs Parochial School and the Sacred Heart Academy. A bouquet of flowers was presented to Bishop Mitty by Miss Loretta Thinnes in behalf of the children. The Most Reverend Edward J.
