Show Notice Or TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah, on the 15th dav of January. 1988, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: Lot 12, EAS-TOAKS, EAS-TOAKS, PLAT "B", according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. Commonly known as 389 South East Oaks Drive, Fruit Heights, Utah 84037. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings pro-ceedings is dated March 29, 1984, and was executed by MICHAEL K. MUN-SEE MUN-SEE and DIXIE L. MUNSEE, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of FEDERAL FED-ERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, ASSO-CIATION, the present Beneficiary. The present pre-sent owners are reported re-ported to be MICHAEL K. MUNSEE MUN-SEE and DIXIE L. MUNSEE, husband and wife.
