Show SERVICE CORPORATION, CORPOR-ATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by ALVIN L EVANS, and DAWN C EVANS, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as Trustor, recorded January 13, 1984 as Entry No. 662098, in Book 975, at Page 313, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of GREAT FINANCIAL FEDERAL, FED-ERAL, by reason of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August 17, 1987, as Entry No. 0798220, in Book 1188. at Page 76, of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest high-est bidder in cash, payable pay-able in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without with-out warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property: All of Lot 21, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office.
