Of that number, they are divided up into the six other air logistics centers to be handed out by those commanders. However, several are held back, to be handed out by the AFLC commander, to recipients he thinks are a cut above the rest. 'Sergeant Seaman fit into this category. The new master sergeant has been termed an "outstanding" professional military education instructor and superb NCO.
