Show Keeping Milk Sweet. One of our enterprising dairymen sent a bottle of milk to Paris at the time of the exposition. It made the journey over ana back, a trip of 28 days, and was still sweet. There was no preservatives used, and the only precaution was to have the dishes and bottle perfectly sterile, cooling the milk at once and keeping it all the time at a low temperature.
