OCR Text	Show New bishop called for Vernal 3rd Ward Vernal Third Ward sustained a new Bishop Sunday under the direction of Vernal Utah Stake President Irvin Haws. Lloyd Winward was made the new bishop with David Haroldson first counselor and Curtis Tucker as second counselor. Bishop C. Brian O'Neil was released with his two counselors, Gregg Bishop and Paul Pieper. Bishop Winward will be released as the senior member of the Vernal Utah Stake High Council where he has served for the past 13 years.
