Show New Subdivision Planned By Alpine Builders On Richins Property; 40 Homes Platted Alpine Builders of Pleasant Grove are purchasing the ten and one-half acres of land known as the Alfred Richins property just south of their property on the state highway and are platting it for a 40-unit home subdivision, ac-i cording to Kale Clawson and Ray Nelson. Alpine Builders built about 25 homes in Pleasant Grove last year and the demand for new homes in this area is almost as great now as l has been anytime sinoe the war, j according to a list of applicants received by the Alpine Builders during the past few weeks. Mr. Clawson stated Wednesday that they plan on building about forty homes this year, 20 of these will be on the Richins property and the balance will be built for private individuals in other parts of the community. The company has already under construction several homes, including includ-ing two on west Center street. Federal housing administration ha3 tentatively approved the Richins Rich-ins property for a subdivision, and it is planned to build homes that will sell for seven to eight thous-' and dollars. |
