Show Utah Poultry Convention Is March 24-25 J. Kenneth Stern, newly elected president of the American Institute Insti-tute of Cooperation, national educational educ-ational institution for farmers cooperatives, co-operatives, and Mark E. Peterson, member of the Twelve Apostles of the L. D. S. Church, will be two of the leading speakers at the 27th annual convention of the Utah Poultry and Farmers Cooperative, which will be held at the Hotel Utah, March 24 and 25th. The convention is expected to attract at-tract more than 400 delegates from all parts of Utah and Southern Idaho, according to Clyde C. Edmunds, Ed-munds, general manager. Three directors have been appointed ap-pointed as a committee of three to work out convention plans. The trio includes Alton S. Gadd of j Nephi, Albert Tregaskis of American Amer-ican Fork and H. O. Berrett of Draper. The convention will open at noon on Friday, March 24, with meetings meet-ings throughout the afternoon and evening and Saturday morning and afternoon. The conclave will be concluded with the annual dinner and program. The Women's Auxiliary of Utah Poultry will hold a special meeting Saturday morning, March 24, with Mrs. F. M. Cornaby of Spanish Fork in charge. |
