Kelly, ! whose postoffice address is (Stockton, Tooele j county, Utah, have made application for a United States patent for the Keystone No. 2 Lode miuing claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining Min-ing District. Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting of 1,500 linear feet of the lode, and surface ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. S3, and described in the field notes and plat of the t official survey on file iu this office, with mag- netic variation at 17 degrees eaiit, as follows: Commencing at the discovery point of the said claim and running thence south 73 degree. east ' 208 feet to the center of the eastern end line of j the claim, and thence north 17 degrees east 100 feettocornerPostNo.l;thencesouthl7degrees , : west 200 feet to Post No. 2; thence north 73 degrees de-grees west 1500 feet to Post No. 3; thence north 17 degrees east 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence ; south 73 degrees east 1500 feet to Post No. 1. of ' the exterior boundary lines of the surface i ground of the said claim, containing an area of 4.913 acres, "after excluding therefrom 1.867 acres, the area in conflict with Lot 68, the Leo- norc mining claim. From Post No. 2 U. S. M. M. No. 3 bears south 1 degree 41 minutes cast 13S9.1 feet distant. Tbe said mining claim being of ' record in- the office of the Recorder of said mining district at Stockton, in Tooele county Utah. The nearest known location being the Leonore mining claim. I direct that this notice to be published in the Salt Lake Evening Democrat, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for the period -of sixty days. II. McMASTER. Register.
