Show Boundary Line Dispute. London, March 17. Herr Flegel, German explorer, chief of the Benue expedition, has returned to Germany and submitted his report re-port on the alleged aggression of England in the Congo country. Germany maintains that the ninth degree of east lougitnde marks the boundary between the German and English territories. Flegel says that the English are occupying the whole of Benu and surrounding districts as far as the thirteenth degree., Negotiations on the subject sub-ject are proceeding between the English and German governments, but Prince Bismarck insists upon the ninth degree as boundary. |
