The Fisheries Investigation BOSTON Sept 28The members of the subcommittees of the Committee on Foreign Relations of the United States Senate gathered at the Iremont House at noon today to confer on the preliminaries of tho investigation into the fishery question in accordance with a resolution reso-lution passed at the last session Senator Edmunds chairman presided The other members of the committee are Senators Morgan of Alabama Frye of Maine Evarts of New York and Salisbury of Delaware Edmunds said We shall consider the fishery question in general but we have not yet decided as to the order of procedure Whether our hearings shall be public or private is a matter for consideration consider-ation There is nothing more that I can give on the subject at present
