Show TWO CASES Another Busy Day lu Judge Tic Kays Court Last evening Deputies Pratt and Franks took a drive down to Mill Creek and on the banks of this beautiful stream Ibey picked up a Fisher who in name is James 1 Bringing him up to town he was bound over by Judge McKay to insure in-sure his appearance this morning Later in the afternoon Cannon and Vandercoqk arrested one James R Tur pin who judging from his appearance is I a lineal descendant of the famous Dick and Judge McKay decided to caste him i in the part of the heavy villain for to days matinee At 10 oclock this morning the Judge opened up to a full hand Brother Movie appeared for both the defendants and decided to boycott the newspapermen I examination newspaper-men by getting both his clients newspaJer James M Fisher was presented with I his two wives and Mr Varian said that ho would not object to his waving examination ex-amination in case he would give bail for the witnesses The Court fixed the de fondants bond at 1500 and those of Lydia Ronk the second wife and Sarah Ann Chapman at 200 each James K Turpin also took Movies advice ad-vice and waived examination He gave bonds in the sum of 1500 and Maria Decher his second wife gave a 200 surety Some time was spent in fixing up the bonds and it was nearly noon before the matinee was out |
