| Show The Rapid Concentrator Test A test of the Rapid ore concentrator was made yesterday afternoon the Salt Lake foundry before l m bel df our local mining men Two lots of ore were put through with tile following results The first lot of 153 pounds assayed 28 percent per-cent lead and 335 ozs in silver and from this 55 pounds of concentrates were obtained assaying 56 per cent lead and 525 ozs in silver the second lot of 340 pounds crushed to pass through a 6 4 and 20 screen gave 148 pounds of concentrates con-centrates assaying 52 per cent in lead and 525 ozs in silver The test is not claimed to be a thorough one by any means and will be supplimented by other runs in a short time The HRapidl must haves have-s me good points as the results attest |
