| Show One of the Charges Falls Through Miss Belle Hill the young lady who met with a runaway accident last Saturday Satur-day night and who was subsequently arrested ar-rested on a charge of fast driving and being intoxicated had a hearing tlrs morning before Judge Spiers At the conclusion of the prosecution after some seven witnesses had testified S A Ken ner in behalf of the defendant made a motion to dismiss on the ground that no case had been made out After lengthy arguments from both sides the case was dismissed and the defendant discharged i from the complaint of drunkenness with which the other charge is connected I The charge for fast driving will be heard tomorrow It is but right that Miss Hill be afforded an announcement of her vin I dication after being so conspicuously connected con-nected with such I an unfortunate affair I j |
