Show The Cannon and Miisser Cases I Yesterday afternoon in the Supreme Court Mr Dickson answered the argument argu-ment of Judge Sutherland in an able manner after which Arthur Brown closed the argument and the Cannon case was submitted to the Court This morning Court convened with the attorneys for the appellant present but without U S Attorney Dickson who was in Ogden and did not return until 11 oclock Arthur Brown Esq began his argument in the Musser and Cannon cases which it was agreed should be argued together He dealt principally with the features in the Muss case which differ from those in the Cannon case by the facts in law His argument lasted into the afternoon Mr Kirkpatrick is to follow when the case will be submitted It is likely that no verdict will be rendered until tomorrow I to-morrow |
