Show PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION Probate No. 3449 IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF UTAH IN AND FOR DAVIS COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH B. WRIGHT, Deceased. TO THE HONORABLE HONOR-ABLE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR DAVIS COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH The Petitioner, VICTOR VIC-TOR D. WRIGHT, OF Bountiful, Davis County, State of Utah, respectfully represents: repre-sents: 1. That RUTH B. WRIGHT, died on the 19th day of September, 1986, at Bountiful City, Davis County, State of Utah; that at the time of her death she was an actual and bona fide resident of said Bountiful, Davis County, State of Utah. 2. That said deceased de-ceased left an estate in said Davis County consisting of personal property and real prop-ety prop-ety more particularly described as follows: AllofLot35,Bay View Park Subdivision, Subdivi-sion, a part of Section Sec-tion 18, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian of an estimated value of $50,000.00. PERSONAL PROPERTY: PROP-ERTY: One 1980 Chrysler Chrys-ler Cordoba automobile auto-mobile of an estimated esti-mated value of $2,000.00. 3. That due search and inquiry has been made to ascertain if said deceased left a Will, but none has been found and deceased de-ceased died intestate. 4. That deceased left surviving her the following fol-lowing next of kin and only heirs at law: 1. Victor D. Wright, surviving husband of deceased de-ceased and Petitioner Peti-tioner herein, 1054 North 250 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010 2. Russell Victor Wright, a son, residing re-siding at 496 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah 84037 3. Marilyn Wright Cornett, a daughter, residing at South 101 Russell Road, Spokane, Washington 99204 5. That Petitioner herein is the surviving husband of deceased and as such is entitled to Letters of Administration Adminis-tration in the matter of the Estate of said deceased; de-ceased; that he is in every ev-ery way competent to act as such Administrator Adminis-trator and Personal Representative. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that a time be set for the hearing of this Petition; Peti-tion; that Notice be given for the time and in the manner provided by law; that thereupon he be appointed Administrator Admi-nistrator and Personal Representative of the estate of said deceased, de-ceased, and that upon qualifying as such, that Letters of Administration Administra-tion issue to him.
