Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der on the 17th day of November, 1986, at 10:00 A.M., at the north entrance to the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by BRIGHTON BRIGHT-ON BANK, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by M ARION H. STOOF, as Trustor, and recorded January 30, 1984 as Entry No. 663179, in Book 976 Page 1053, of Official Records of Davis County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of BRIGHTON BANK by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March 3, 1986 as Entry No. 728500 in Book 1076 at Page 752 of said Official Offi-cial Records. Trustee will sell at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der for cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property at 493 East Barnard Street, in the City of Centerville, County of Davis, State of Utah: LOT 110, SUNSET SUN-SET HEIGHTS PLAT "B", according to the official plat thereof. Situate in Davis County, State of Utah -for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
