| Show Get Longed Gonge d Brady Contributing Writer The College Activities Board is sponsoring the second Gong Show to be held on Feb 21 from 11 am a.m. to 1 pm p.m. This quarters quarter's Gong Gon Show will be held in the College Center south cafeteria Anyone who is interested in participating can sign up on Feb 6 from 10 am a.m. to 12 pm p.m. in the College Center said Kyle Spencer the CAB member member member mem mem- ber in charge of the event The Gong Show was held last quarter and went very well said Spencer Previously the show was judged by members of the faculty but will probably ly be judged by individuals involved involved involved in in- in student government nt this this' time Spencer did say however that if anyone was interested in being a judge they should contact the Student Activities office Last quarters quarter's event attracted about spectators to view eight acts each approximately approximate approximate- ly five minutes in length Spencer said that he would like to see at least twice the number of people this time lime He would also like to see as many as 12 to 15 acts this this- time as as well We encourage ge silliness and nd outrageousness Sai said Spencer Pretty much anything goes but no bad language please he added Spencer said that in last quarters quarter's show some of the most memorable acts were one students student's musical hands and a Pee Wee Herman imper imper- It was a lot of fun r rry |
