U Tech for 16 15 years He has a background in architectural drafting and started teaching the watercolor class two quarters ago in an associate member of the Utah Watercolor Watercolor Watercolor Water- Water color Society and has attended workshops workshops workshops work work- shops in watercolor painting painting- both locally and at Monterey California This course is especially designed for the beginner with no experience in watercolor But everyone can learn something from the class said Students learn basic painting painting painting paint paint- ing techniques which include how to paint land formations shrubbery and reflections reflections- rock trees water and formations sky and clouds and snow Students also learn to mat frame and display their finished art work describes watercolor painting paint painting aint ing as exciting and anda a dynamic and spontaneous media He said sai l Youcan Youcan You Youcan can learn Many students come into class saying I dont don't have any talent but on the first night I get them started by painting a tree Im I'm excited ted about teaching and this class gets people to come out to our college who may not otherwise know were we're here h re or what we do y JS n y 7 Gi Rii V t Y a f tivY Artist Paintings P from evening class are on display in the library behind the out check-out desk Paintings were done by the following following following follow follow- ing students Trina Atwood John Black Bl ck Josh Conder Joe Frank Ingrid Gilbert Charles Hall Luana uana Kingston Kingston King King- ston stop Raedean Tucker and Susan Tucker has sold many of his paint paint- ings I enjoy teaching said and the number one object of the class is to have fun |
