Show BLANDING B L A TN D I 1 N G 00 FORUM CLUB RAS HAS ENJOYABLE PARTY tamar perkins theresa redd and rowena winter were hostesses to the members of the forum club at a party at the home of mrs tamar perkins wednesday evening it was in honor of mrs airs zooie young who is visiting here from her home in washington D C after a luncheon served by the hostesses the evening was spent in games and laughter HONEYMOON IN BLANDING mr air and mrs elmer rosenthal from nampa idaho arrived in blanding the first of the week to visit for a few days with mrs Rosed ahls family mrs is the he former alice red daughter of the late benjamin and louisa redd she and mr were married in the idaho falls temple aug 5 and came to blanding on their honeymoon adfer the death of her husband leo tackett five or six years ago alice went back to school and completed a nursing course in the vicinity of her home she and another woman who graduated with her were sent back to the east to get special training in therapy to introduce at the idaho hospital mrs Rosed ahls children are both grown before her son wallace went into the marines nearly two years ago he was graduated as pharmacist and her daughter blanche has been employed as a stenographer for two years she plans to continue with her nursing THE LYN LYMAN FAMILY ATTENDED HONAKER REUNION AT MANCOS COLORADO RECENTLY the honaker family of which mrs lyn lyman is a descendant held hela its annual reunion at the home of phil bauer at mancos colo recently the lyman family were a few of the twenty two people who enjoyed a turkey diner with all the trimmings the afternoon was spent visiting and taking pictures ATTEND ceremonial AT GALLUP NEW MEXICO mr air and mrs clarence rogers mr and mrs john D rogers mr and mrs airs parley redd mr and mrs gordon redd and mr and mrs bill young mrs airs zooie young mr and mrs lyn lyman and mrs hattie barton motored to mesa verde thursday afternoon to meet the charlie red group of people who were going to the indian ceremonial at gallup because of the large number of tourists who were there the same evening the group find each other until late mr and mrs lyman and mrs barton came back to blanding the same evening but the others stayed there and joined the caravan to new mexico friday from reports of those who returned early the occasion was very lovely and colorful and the display of arts and crafts made by the labonite Lam onite people was bigger and better than ever before |
