E Blake on her 79th birthday. It was well planned and a complete surprise. We felt highly honored and appreciated the thoughtfulness of our young friends. There were seventeen ladies and one gentleman present. The gifts of lovely cards and good wishes of our friends was pleasant feature of the gathering. Mrs. Louise Miller read two poems.
