Show BATE PLIYS AT liSTiHSSTER Two one-act playe, Hands Across the Sea and Family Album, by Noel Coward will be presented by the Westminster dramatic department depart-ment today and Friday, Nov. 17 and 18 at 8:30 p. m. in the College Chapel. Both of the plays will be presented each night. Directed by Jay Lees and Roberta Ro-berta Roberts, Hands Across the Sea is the story of a Mrs. Gilpin who embarks on an around the world trip. After her return home, several acquaintances with whom she had stayed on her trip begin to descend upon her home in England. The manner in which she handles hand-les these visits leads to a series of laugh-provoking scenes. The cast for this play includes Miss Bobbie Adams, Richfield; Miss Peggy Ebenstein, Orem; Miss Jeannine Goodwin, Salt Lake. City; Edward Oliver, Logan; Nor-Man Nor-Man Tuttle, Idaho Falls; Donald Muir, Salt Lake; Arlen Shelton, Battle Mountain, Nev.; Louis Del-pierre, Del-pierre, Rawlins, Wyo. ; and Mary Anne Taylor of El Paso, Texas. Family Album, directed by Miss Patricia Peteler, is the story of the Featherway family after the death of their father. An attempt is made to mourn the loss, but the mood rapidly changes to one of gaiety. Father Featherway's last will and testaments contributes to the final and complete chaos. Included in the cast are Miss Janet Miller, Massiland, Ohio; Miss Angelina Kravich, Fresno, Miss Joanne Johnson, and Shirley Morgan, Salt Lake; Gary Johnston, Brig-ham Brig-ham City; Dwight Beattie, Sacramento; Sacra-mento; James Wayne and Richard Pujberts of Salt Lake. The public is invited to both of the 8:30 presentations. |
