Show OPERA GROUP ENJOYS TEA The Opera Appreciation club opened its winter season Thursday Thurs-day with a tea and program at the home of Mrs. Frank A. Johnson John-son (Edna Evans Johnson) 1339' Normandie Circle. Mrs. Jess R. Jensen, president, presided. Vice president is Mrs. Albert Eccles. Secretary is Mrs. George D. O'Conner, and treaurer is Mrs. Donald Cameron. Publicity chairman chair-man is Mrs. Arthur Pederson Fre. ber, all of whom acted as hostesses for the tea. Musical program was furnished by Jewel Johnson and her twin sister Janice J. Richardson. Mrs. A. Ray Olpin gave an informal in-formal talk about the highlights of the recent Miss American contest con-test held in Atlantic City, which she attended with Dr. Olpin, president, presi-dent, University of Utah, who acted as a judge. Mrs. Olpin also reviewed leading articles in the current Nationl Federation Music magazine. |
