Show HOME SHOW'S SET MAY 10 Modern appliances, not only in the kitchen but in the living room, will be extravagantly displayed at the sixth annual Utah Home Show opening May 10 at the Rainbow Randevu, 464 South Main, George Daley, chairman, announced today. Ten leading manufacturers will exhibit their merchandise at the show, sponsored by the Utah Home Builders Assn. The drab "sameness" of the kitchen can be relieved by appli- j ances that sparkle with color, Mr. Daley said. Dealers will exhibit freezers, refrigerators, ranges and other equipment in fascinating new colors, the modern trend. Grant S. Jensen, president of the sponsoring organization, said exhibit booths have been reserved by most area dealers in furniture, home decorating, furnishings, do-it-yourself shops and other firms. Other features of the exhibition will be an entire section devoted to patios and gardens and a do-it-yourself division. "And there'll be plenty of entertainment enter-tainment besides," Daley said. The show is scheduled to continue con-tinue through May 15. |
