Show East Mill Creek Jaycees Receive 1 Chapter Charter And Elect Hales! Theodore Anderson, who succeeded suc-ceeded Mr. Robert Poe as state president . One of the first projects on the agenda for the new club will be to obtain a swimming pool for the East Mill Creek area. The East Mill Creek Junior Chamber of Commerce received its charter Thursday evening and became an official member of the Utah Jaycee organization. Kenneth B. Hales, president, received the charter on behalf of the 35 members, during a dinner meeting held at Harmon's Cafe in Sugar House. Other officers of the new organization or-ganization include Del Atwood, first vice president; Kent Davis, second vice president; Stanley Ward, secretary; Richard Vanden Akker, treasurer; Calvin Warren, state director; Don Searle and Robert Barnadt, directors. |
