OCR Text	Show Dairy - City Settle License Difficulty Legal entanglement over revocation re-vocation of the Al Harris Dairy , license was settled Monday in Third District Court. Judge A. H. Ellett signed the order for dismissal dis-missal of the case. Mr. Harris, doing business as Al R. Harris Dairy 126 E. 21st South, filed suit against the city for alleged "arbitrary and capricious" capri-cious" revocation of his license May 10. The City agreed to leave the license in effect. In turn Mr. Harris agreed not to sue the city for any damages caused by revocation re-vocation of his permit.
